Since 2011, Denny has served Texas cities as municipal judge, city prosecutor, and city attorney. Through this experience he has acquired a lot of knowledge, skill, and expertise needed for these very important positions.

Denny is one of the few city law attorneys in the State of Texas that is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has extensive experience with knowledge of both the Texas Judiciary and Criminal Justice System. I have served both General Law & Home Rule cities and courts of record & courts of non-record.
