Denny has has practiced law in Central Texas over 20 years and during that time has litigated many cases in Texas and Federal courts. He has served as a judge, special felony prosecutor, city attorney, and lawyer for hundreds of people including his family and friends. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all of the Federal District Courts in Texas. He is a graduate of the Baylor University Law School and the Baylor University Business School.

Denny has litigated many cases in trial and on appeal. His areas of practice include criminal law, local government law, real estate, probate, family, and general civil litigation.

• Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization,

• Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy,

• a member of the Texas Bar College, and

• a graduate of the Texas Criminal Trial College
